Tax structuring, annual financial statements, accounting, payroll, support during tax audits and the preparation of your tax returns, on an ongoing basis and from a single source.
Does Wendelstein also do the bookkeeping?
In principle yes, but as a rule we take a different approach. Cooperation works best when you handle invoicing and financial accounting yourself in a suitable accounting software: you then have your figures promptly, and we can concentrate on what really creates value: advice. We will set up together which software suits you and how the handover to us works.
What happens during a tax audit?
You can face the audit with confidence: we prepare the documents expertly, support you through the audit and represent your interests towards the tax office.
Do you also advise on company formation or succession?
Yes, both. Our company formation advice helps to avoid pitfalls from the outset; on succession, we advise both on the business side (succession planning) and on the transfer of assets across generations.
